The Gourmet Salad Hut is a family run business that provides a large range of hydroponic salad leaves, herbs and Asian greens.
We also produce a range of pesto, pickles and relishes.

Among the different varieties harvested in the area Australia has it’s very own Manuka Honey, Australian Jellybush and has all the same healing properties

A delicious rustic Italian gourmet menu using whatever seasonal produce is abundant on their family farm. Brother and sister team Chef Rob Costanzo and desert expert Michelle Costanzo are inspired by their Sicilian heritage.

Previously Rob has worked at The River Cafe in London and restaurants in Europe, Sicily, New Zealand and Australia.

Hot & Cold breakfasts and deserts using seasonal produce off the farm.
