We are a traditional smokehouse based in the hills near Byron Bay, specialising in wild caught smoked fish.
All of our fish is sustainably sourced from local fishermen, with a special focus on plentiful species high in Omega 3 oils. These fish are absolutely delicious when smoked, as well as very good for you.
All of our products are ready to eat and perfect for all occasions.
We also make a range of gourmet dips and pates, using our seasonally caught smoked fish.
We pride ourselves on our sustainable connection with the ocean and a complete dedication to traditional processes and incredible flavour.

The Gourmet Salad Hut is a family run business that provides a large range of hydroponic salad leaves, herbs and Asian greens.
We also produce a range of pesto, pickles and relishes.

A delicious rustic Italian gourmet menu using whatever seasonal produce is abundant on their family farm. Brother and sister team Chef Rob Costanzo and desert expert Michelle Costanzo are inspired by their Sicilian heritage.

Previously Rob has worked at The River Cafe in London and restaurants in Europe, Sicily, New Zealand and Australia.
