Workshops

As part of its commitment to community education in the areas of humanity’s impact on the environment and sustainable local food production, the market holds regular free workshops covering topics such as composting, soil health, permaculture and gardening.

There are also regular cooking demonstrations hosted by some of the regions’ best chefs, showcasing the quality of the region’s fresh produce and providing inspiration to food lovers.
